Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched.
Shipping Locations
- We currently deliver across India.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: up to 10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Return & Replacement Policy
Since our products are food-grade and perishable, we do not accept returns due to personal preferences or change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will ensure it is resolved promptly.
Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect product received
- Missing item(s) in your order
How to Report an Issue
- Send an email to order@mimicrunch.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Resolution Process
- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Pickup
In most cases, return pickups are not required. If necessary, our support team will coordinate with a courier partner to arrange the pickup.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items reported beyond 48 hours from delivery
- Products without valid proof of issue
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
