Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Mimi Crunch Ragi Flour
  • ½ cup water or milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed)
  • ¼ cup yogurt or plant-based curd
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • Honey or jaggery to taste
  • Toppings: sliced fruits, granola, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

Step 1 – Cook the Ragi
In a pan, mix Mimi Crunch Ragi Flour with ½ cup water or milk. Stir continuously on low heat to avoid lumps. Cook for 3–4 minutes until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency. Let it cool slightly.

Step 2 – Blend
In a blender, add the cooked ragi, frozen banana, frozen berries, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3 – Pour & Decorate
Transfer the smoothie into a bowl. Top it with your favorite fresh fruits, a sprinkle of granola, seeds, and a drizzle of honey or nut butter for extra texture and nutrition.

Step 4 – Serve Chilled
Enjoy immediately as a filling breakfast or post-workout snack.

Pro Tip:

For a thicker bowl, freeze your banana overnight and use just a splash of milk. Want a chocolatey twist? Add 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder to the blender.
